Overview: This is our largest facility. We just added on (for the fourth time!) in 2016 another 33,000SF of climate and conventional public storage. In addition to this expansion, we added some newer HD web based cameras as well as upgrading our aisle and perimeter lighting with energy efficient LED models. In addition, we added cameras at every needed vantage point that can be viewed by our staff on our smart phones 24/7, and are re-landscaping the property. In addition, we added our web based software that lets us communicate and tracks customers as they enter and exit our property.
The REAL BIG improvement came when we added our Duke Energy approved 50KW solar panel system in 2016. For our potential customers who follow environmental issues closely, you should be glad to know that our Fairview Road Self-Storage and our Roper Mountain Road facility in nearby Greenville, SC are the only two self-storage facilities in the Upstate of SC that have functioning solar panels as part of our business model, which, in turn, greatly reduces our energy footprint.

On-site manager- Although we have a lot of cameras (just as a precaution), the very best security feature of any facility is the on site manager. There is nothing like eye to eye contact when we are talking with prospective customers. We may be a bit nosy, but we do it to protect our customers’ interests.
